What are your fees for estate sales?

We operate on a straightforward commission-only 60/40 sales split basis. There are no upfront costs, setup fees, advertising charges, or hidden expenses. Our compensation comes solely from the proceeds of the sale, so you can expect complete transparency with no surprises.

How long does the entire process take?

Typically, we require 10-14 days to properly stage, research, and advertise your sale. The sale itself usually takes place over a weekend, with final payment issued within 7 days.

Do you handle the cleanup after the sale?

Yes. We provide a light post-sale cleanup, including sweeping and vacuuming the sale areas, so the home is left neat and presentable once the event is complete.

How do you determine the prices of items?

We use a combination of current market data, auction records, and professional appraisal standards. Our goal is to price items at their highest fair market value to ensure a successful sale.

Does the homeowner need to be present during the sale?

 

There is no need for the homeowner to be present in the course of in-home estate sales. no nonsense estate sales is a full-service company. When you hire us, we will handle all the details of the sale for you! We even pack up any leftover items for donation and sweep and vacuum the floors after the sale is over.

Can you sell my car?

yes. Vehicle sales are one of our specialties. One of our owners has more than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and can help determine the best strategy to market and sell your vehicle. Whether it's a daily driver, classic car, boat, motorcycle, or specialty vehicle, we can guide the process from start to finish.

For vehicle sales, a reduced commission rate of 20% applies, rather than our standard 40% estate sale commission. This allows you to keep more of the proceeds while benefiting from our expertise and marketing services.
